- The Tower House Hotel, West Cliff Gardens, BH2 5HP. Studios to a sea-view penthouse, with one-bedroom apartments, some with a garden or balcony, and two and three-bedroom family apartments. Under two minutes from the sand.
- The Cliff Heights Hotel, West Cliff Gardens, BH2 5HL. One-bedroom garden apartments and two-bedroom sea-view apartments with a balcony, about 600 metres from the beach.
- The Cliff Manor Hotel, West Cliff. A restored Victorian building with garden and sea-view apartments, a short, mostly level walk from the town centre.
- The Shore Retreat Hotel and The Shore House Hotel, next door to each other on the West Cliff. The Shore House holds the free 24-hour gym and games room every guest can use.
- The Pebbles Hotel, The Coast Hotel and The Seabreeze Hotel, St Michael's Road. Apartments with kitchens and studios, a few minutes' walk from both the beach and the Square.

The West Cliff is a market of flats between the BIC, Durley Chine and Westbourne: converted villas, purpose-built blocks and former hotels rebuilt as apartments. Tenants are professionals, couples and people relocating who want the beach and the town centre on foot; buyers are downsizers, second-home owners and landlords.
The West Cliff is where most of the Flexiestays group's apartments are. The Tower House Hotel, The Cliff Heights Hotel and The Cliff Manor Hotel stand on West Cliff Gardens, The Shore Retreat Hotel and The Shore House Hotel are on the West Cliff close by, and The Pebbles Hotel, The Coast Hotel and The Seabreeze Hotel are on St Michael's Road, on the West Cliff side of the town centre. All are let furnished for 28 nights or more.
The people who stay are here for a reason other than a holiday: a new job in the town centre, a contract on a project nearby, a placement at one of the hospitals, a house purchase that has not completed, or a home being repaired after a flood or a fire. How close are the buildings to the beach?
The Tower House Hotel is under two minutes from West Cliff Beach. The Cliff Heights Hotel and The Cliff Manor Hotel are about 600 metres away, and the St Michael's Road buildings six to seven minutes on foot. Westbourne's shops are five to ten minutes west of West Cliff Gardens.

Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre
Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre of Bournemouth, and managing to still be quiet. Close to the train station (and buses), big Asda superstore, town centre, park and the beach. I have stayed so far in 2 different apartments in the same building on 2 separate occasions. Both, lovely decorated, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. A kind of apartment you just want to stay in the whole day! I would definitely recommend.
