The building
The Tower House Hotel is a newly built block on the cliff top between the town centre and Westbourne. Residents have a free private parking space on site, a lift, and free use of the 24-hour gym and the games room at The Shore House Hotel, about five minutes on foot. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00, and the Flexiestays team is available 24 hours a day for anything that goes wrong.
The location
West Cliff Beach is under two minutes away down the zig-zag path or by the cliff lift. Westbourne's independent shops, delis and cafés are five to ten minutes on foot, Bournemouth Pier ten minutes along the cliff and the town centre, the station and the BIC about fifteen. How a stay works
The minimum stay is 28 nights and there is no fixed term, so you can extend month by month. Electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax and the TV licence are in the rent, and a standard cleaning and security deposit is the only payment beyond it. It is a serviced let, not a tenancy: there is no twelve-month contract, no agency fee and no referencing charge. Lovely apartment
Had a great few days staying in Tower House apartment 1. It's a well equipped unit with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and sockets for charging your devices. Being on the lower ground floor meant it remained a nice temperature despite the hot weather (we did have the windows open, and used the fan which helped). There is a dehumidifier in the bedroom, which does need emptying quite frequently. A great place to stay, very close to the BIC and beach, and we look forward to staying there again.

I've had a really positive experience with the Airbnb building services, and I'd especially like to recognise Nat, Jack, and Reece for how helpful, friendly, and professional they are. They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!

Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments.
