Registered tenants. Many people who book a long stay are looking for a permanent home in the area. When they want a tenancy or a purchase, they register with the estate agency, and landlords and vendors benefit from people who already know and like the town.
Winter lets for landlords. A landlord's furnished flat can be listed on Flexiestays to earn from November to March or between tenancies. Properties managed by Sea Breeze are listed there as standard, and Flexiestays charges only 8% on the bookings it brings. Long let or winter let sets out when it pays.

How is it different from the estate agency?
Flexiestays lets the group's apartments as serviced stays and lists managed properties for winter and long stays. Flexie Estate Agents lets landlords' properties on tenancies, manages them, and sells homes. They share an office, a team and the people who register with them.
Is a long stay with Flexiestays a tenancy?
No. A stay of 28 nights or more is a serviced let with bills included and no fixed term, not an assured shorthold tenancy. A guest who makes an apartment their only or main home for many months may raise different questions, which is why we use the right agreement for each stay. This is not legal advice.
Can my flat be listed on Flexiestays?
If it is furnished and managed by Sea Breeze Property Services, yes: every property Sea Breeze manages is listed there, and Flexiestays charges only 8% on the bookings it brings. Landlords who want a winter let rather than a holiday let can ask the estate agency about winter lets.
