What corporate and relocation lets covers
A named account manager
One person who knows your bookings, your staff and your invoicing, and answers the phone when a start date moves or a team grows.
VAT invoicing
VAT invoices issued to the company, in the format your finance team needs, with the purchase order or cost code on each one.
Monthly billing
Stays of a month or more billed monthly, so a long placement does not need one large payment up front.
Several apartments, one building
A project team or a group of new starters housed together in one building, with parking for each apartment where the building allows.
Flexible end dates
Stays from 28 nights with no fixed term: extend month by month as a project runs over, or end when the placement finishes.
Everything included
Electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax, the TV licence, parking and the 24-hour gym, so an employee arrives to a working home.
Support at any hour
Your staff reach the Flexiestays team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for anything in the apartment.
On this page
A corporate let is a furnished apartment booked by a company for an employee or a team, for weeks or months, with the bills included and the invoicing done the way a finance department needs it. Flexiestays lets apartments in eight buildings in Bournemouth this way to companies, relocation agents, insurers and NHS trusts. Corporate bookings receive VAT invoices and a named account manager, and stays of 28 nights or more have no fixed end date.
Who books
- Employers housing a new starter while they find a permanent home, or a project team for the length of a contract.
- Relocation agents placing an employee who is moving to the coast and needs a furnished base on day one.
- Insurers and claims handlers housing a household whose home has been flooded or damaged by fire until the repairs are finished.
- NHS trusts and staffing agencies housing nurses, doctors and locums on rotation at the Royal Bournemouth and Poole hospitals.
- Universities housing visiting academics and researchers for a term.
Each of them needs the same thing: an apartment that works the day the person arrives, close to where they will be, with nothing for the employee to set up.
What the company gets
A named account manager. One contact who knows the bookings, the people staying and the invoicing. When a start date moves, a team grows or a stay needs extending, there is one person to call.
VAT invoicing. Invoices addressed to the company, with VAT shown, ready for your accounts.
Monthly billing. Stays of a month or more billed monthly rather than in one payment up front.
Several apartments in one building. A team housed together in one building, sharing the parking, the gym and the same arrival instructions. The Tower House Hotel on West Cliff Gardens has studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, family apartments and a penthouse; Cliff Heights and Cliff Manor have one-bedroom garden apartments and two-bedroom sea-view apartments; Pebbles, Coast and Seabreeze on St Michael's Road have studios and one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen or kitchenette.
Flexible end dates. The minimum stay is 28 nights. After that there is no fixed term: extend month by month, subject to availability, or finish when the placement ends.
What the employee gets
A furnished apartment with bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a smart TV in the apartments with a kitchen. Electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax and the TV licence are included, so there are no accounts to open. Every building has free private parking, and every resident can use the gym and games room at The Shore House Hotel, open 24 hours a day. The Flexiestays team answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.
Bournemouth itself does the rest: about 200,000 residents, two universities, an airport, seven miles of sandy beach and a direct train to London Waterloo in under two hours.
A serviced let, not a tenancy
A corporate let is a serviced let booked by a company for its staff. It is not an assured tenancy: there is no referencing of each occupant, no twelve-month contract and no tenancy deposit scheme, only a standard cleaning and security deposit. We use the right agreement for the length and purpose of each stay; long stay or tenancy explains the difference, and this is not legal advice. For an employee who will settle permanently, our tenants hub covers renting a home on a tenancy once they know which area suits them.
How to book
Send the dates, the number of people, the apartment types and whether each needs parking, and the account manager will confirm what is available and how invoicing will work. Corporate lets and relocation sets out what relocation teams usually ask, and long term lets describes the buildings and the apartments in full. The Flexiestays group also has a dedicated page for corporate housing in Bournemouth.
Where
The buildings are on the West Cliff and St Michael's Road in central Bournemouth, a short walk from the beach and the town centre and a short drive from the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and the universities. For staff working in Poole or Christchurch, long term lets in Bournemouth and in Poole show what is available nearby.
For property owners
Companies and insurers need more furnished homes than the group's buildings hold. A landlord with a furnished flat near a hospital, the Lansdowne or the airport can let it to corporate guests for stays of 28 nights or more. List your property and we will say whether it suits, and our fees page sets out the service levels. Landlords can start at the landlords hub; owners thinking of selling instead can start at the sellers hub, and companies buying for staff at the buyers hub.

I've had a really positive experience
I've had a really positive experience with the Airbnb building services, and I'd especially like to recognise Nat, Jack, and Reece for how helpful, friendly, and professional they are. They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!
Great accommodation and location
Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments. Both lovely. Quiet. No hassle. Also location awesome. A few minutes walk to the beach and town. Thanks again everyone at Flexistays Bournemouth. Highly recommend
Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre
Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre of Bournemouth, and managing to still be quiet. Close to the train station (and buses), big Asda superstore, town centre, park and the beach. I have stayed so far in 2 different apartments in the same building on 2 separate occasions. Both, lovely decorated, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. A kind of apartment you just want to stay in the whole day! I would definitely recommend.

Who books corporate lets?
Companies housing new starters or project teams, relocation agents placing an employee, insurers housing a household while their home is repaired, NHS trusts and agencies housing nurses, doctors and locums on rotation, and universities housing visiting academics. Most stays run from one to twelve months.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Corporate bookings receive VAT invoices addressed to the company, with a purchase order number or cost code where you need one. Stays of a month or more can be billed monthly. Your named account manager confirms the invoicing arrangement before the first stay begins.
Can we book several apartments in one building?
Yes, subject to availability. Each of the eight buildings has a mix of apartment types, and The Tower House Hotel has studios through to family apartments. A team housed together shares the parking, the gym and the same arrival instructions, which makes a large placement simpler to manage.
What if a project overruns or ends early?
Stays have no fixed term once past the 28-night minimum. Extensions are confirmed month by month, subject to availability, and an early finish is handled with notice. Tell your account manager as soon as dates change and they will hold the apartment or release it.
Is a corporate let a tenancy?
No. It is a serviced let of a furnished apartment with bills and support included, booked by a company for its staff, not an assured tenancy. There is no referencing of each occupant, no twelve-month contract and no tenancy deposit scheme. We use the right agreement for each stay; this is not legal advice.
Do insurers use your apartments for displaced households?
Yes. Households whose home has been damaged by flood, fire or escape of water are among the people who stay, placed by their insurer or a claims handler. Furnished apartments with a kitchen, parking and bills included let a family carry on normally while repairs are done.
