I've had a really positive experience
I've had a really positive experience with the Airbnb building services, and I'd especially like to recognise Nat, Jack, and Reece for how helpful, friendly, and professional they are. They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work, it definitely doesn't go unnoticed!
Great accommodation and location
Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments. Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre
Lovely and cosy apartment in the centre of Bournemouth, and managing to still be quiet. Close to the train station (and buses), big Asda superstore, town centre, park and the beach. I have stayed so far in 2 different apartments in the same building on 2 separate occasions. Both, lovely decorated, with everything one may need for a short or longer stay. A kind of apartment you just want to stay in the whole day! I would definitely recommend.
Outstanding from start to finish
The apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern design and thoughtful touches throughout. Walking distance to both the seafront and shopping areas made it incredibly convenient. Clear instructions, responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Bournemouth.
Modern, clean and superbly located
Lovely apartment in very close proximity to Bournemouth town centre and beach. Modern, very clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a big plus, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Second stay, and we'll be back
Great apartment at a perfect location. Jack and the team were so easy to deal with. This is our second time at this apartment block and we'll definitely be returning. Clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Which areas do you cover?
Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch and the neighbourhoods between them, from Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs to Southbourne, Mudeford and Highcliffe, plus Wimborne, Ferndown, Ringwood, the New Forest and the Purbeck towns. The furnished apartments we manage are all in central Bournemouth and on the West Cliff.
What is included in a long term let?
Electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax, the TV licence, a private parking space and a 24-hour gym. The apartments are fully furnished with linen, towels and kitchen equipment. The minimum stay is 28 nights, there is no fixed term, and a standard cleaning and security deposit is the only payment beyond the stay.
What services do you offer landlords?
Three levels of letting: tenant find, rent collection and fully managed, with referencing, the legal checks, deposit protection, inspections and repairs through local contractors. A furnished flat can also be let for winter and long stays through Flexiestays, and a holiday let can be managed by Sea Breeze Property Services for 16% commission.
How much are your fees?
Letting and sales fees are confirmed in writing, with any VAT, before you instruct us, and our fees page names each service level. Tenants pay nothing beyond the permitted payments under the Tenant Fees Act. Holiday let management through Sea Breeze is 16% commission with no retainer.
Can you sell my home?
Yes. We give a free sales valuation, prepare and photograph the property, market it on the portals and to the buyers and tenants already on our books, accompany viewings and chase the sale through to completion. Our sales service is new, so there are no homes listed for sale yet; buyers can register their search.
How do I book a viewing?
For one of the furnished apartments we manage, book online or send an enquiry with your dates and we will arrange a viewing if you are local. For a property let or sold through us, use the enquiry form on its listing or call 01202 619868 between 9am and 5pm on any day.
