For a valuation

Tell us the address, whether you want to let or sell, the number of bedrooms and the type of property, and when you want to start. For a flat, say how long is left on the lease and what the service charge is if you know it; for any property, whether it has parking, whether it is furnished and, if it is let now, the current rent. Photographs help us give a sharper first range. We come back with a rent or price range and a time to visit. For a viewing or a tenancy

If you want a Flexiestays apartment for 28 nights or more, tell us the dates, how many people are staying, whether you need parking and which building or apartment type you have in mind, and we send availability and the price for those dates. You can also book direct at Flexiestays. The apartments are listed under property to rent.

If you want a landlord's flat or house on a tenancy, send your budget, the areas you would consider, the number of bedrooms, your move date, who will be living there and whether you have pets. We register your search and contact you when a property matches. The tenants page explains referencing, holding deposits and what happens at move in.

For a sale or a purchase

Vendors: the valuation details above are what we need, plus a copy of the lease or the title if you have one to hand. Buyers: tell us what you are looking for, your budget, whether you have a property to sell and whether you have a mortgage agreement in principle, and we register you. See sellers and buyers.
