These terms apply to your use of this website, flexiestateagents.com. By using it you accept them. They cover the website only. A tenancy, a management or sales agreement with us, and a stay in a Flexiestays apartment are each governed by their own written terms, and if those differ from anything on the website, those terms apply.

Who we are

This website is run by Flexie Estate Agents, the trading name of Flexie Estate Agents Ltd (company number 12267313, registered in England and Wales, registered office 557 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, BH8 9RF), part of the Flexiestays group. "We" and "us" mean Flexie Estate Agents Ltd. Contact: enquiries@flexiestays.com or 01202 619868.

Stays in Flexiestays apartments

Stays booked on the main booking site are governed by the Flexiestays terms and conditions, published by Flexie Stays Ltd. Nothing on this website changes them.

Agency services

If you instruct us to let, manage or sell a property, the service, fees and notice period are set out in an agreement both sides sign. Our published fees are on the fees page. A tenancy is governed by the tenancy agreement and the law.

Listings

Property details are prepared in good faith from information available to us, and we aim to state the material facts a tenant or buyer needs. They do not form part of any contract. Availability and prices change; check them with us before you rely on them, and have a buyer's solicitor and surveyor confirm what matters to you.

Rent estimates and valuations

The instant rent estimate gives an illustrative monthly range from the details you enter and the assumptions shown beside the result. It is not a valuation, a guarantee of rent or an offer. A rental or sales valuation is given only after we have seen the property.

Guides and other content

The guides, blog and checklists are general information, accurate on the date shown on each page. They are not legal, tax, financial or mortgage advice and do not take your circumstances into account. Speak to a solicitor, accountant or broker before you act.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and for your own information. Do not send false or abusive content through a form, submit a form in someone else's name, try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its data, introduce harmful code, or copy the content in bulk by automated means. We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, design and software on the site belong to Flexie Estate Agents Ltd, the Flexiestays group or their licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Do not republish or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Links

We link to sites we do not control, including property portals, review platforms, government pages and the group's booking site. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Availability

The site is free to use. We may change or withdraw any part of it, and do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise, we are responsible only for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care in providing the site, and, if you use it for business, not for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity. We are not liable for decisions taken on the strength of an estimate or a guide without your own advice.

Your data

How we use personal data is set out in our privacy policy, and what the site stores on your device in our cookie policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide disputes. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their own courts. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you use the site applies.
