How accessible this website is, where it may fall short, and how to tell us about a problem or ask for information in another format.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, magnify the screen or use voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement sets out what the site does, where it may fall short and how to tell us when something does not work.
The website is run by Flexie Estate Agents, the trading name of Flexie Estate Agents Ltd (company number 12267313, registered in England and Wales, registered office 557 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, BH8 9RF).
What the site is built to do
- Keyboard. Every link, menu, button, form field and accordion can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, in a logical order.
- Visible focus. The element you are on is clearly outlined.
- Contrast. Text and controls are designed to meet the WCAG contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
- Zoom and small screens. Pages work at 200% zoom and on screens 320 pixels wide without losing content or scrolling sideways.
- Text alternatives. Photographs of properties and buildings carry descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Structure. Headings, lists, tables and landmarks let assistive technology move through a page.
- Forms. Every field has a label, errors are described in text, and nothing times out.
- Reduced motion. Animation is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- Other sites. The booking site, property portals, maps and review platforms we link to are run by others and may not meet the same standard.
- Documents. Some downloads, such as floor plans and older PDFs, may not be fully accessible. Ask and we will send the information in another format.
- Floor plans and photographs cannot describe everything about access to a property. Ask us about steps, lifts, door widths and parking before a viewing.
