The apartment
Two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a bathroom, fibre Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment are supplied, so a household can arrive with suitcases and nothing else. The second bedroom is what makes it work for two colleagues placed on the same project, each with a door to close, or for a couple with a child.
The building
The Tower House Hotel sits on the cliff top directly above West Cliff Beach. Two-bedroom residents have two free private parking spaces on site, with the bays named in the arrival instructions, and the building has a lift. The 24-hour gym and the games room at The Shore House Hotel, about five minutes on foot, are free to every Flexiestays resident. Pets are not permitted, except registered assistance dogs by prior arrangement.
The location
West Cliff Beach is under two minutes from the door; Durley Chine, a quieter stretch of sand west of the pier, and Alum Chine beyond it are a walk along the promenade. For a wet day with children the Oceanarium stands on the seafront by Bournemouth Pier, ten minutes away. How a stay works
The minimum stay is 28 nights and the maximum is whatever you need: there is no fixed term and you extend month by month, subject to availability. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, fibre Wi-Fi, council tax, the TV licence, parking and the gym. A standard cleaning and security deposit is taken at booking and returned after check-out. It is a serviced let rather than a tenancy, so a household placed by an insurer while their home is repaired, or a family waiting for a purchase to complete, is not tied into a twelve-month contract. Companies get VAT invoicing and a named account manager. Long term lets has the detail; corporate lets covers company bookings.

Lovely apartment
Had a great few days staying in Tower House apartment 1. It's a well equipped unit with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and sockets for charging your devices. Being on the lower ground floor meant it remained a nice temperature despite the hot weather (we did have the windows open, and used the fan which helped). There is a dehumidifier in the bedroom, which does need emptying quite frequently. A great place to stay, very close to the BIC and beach, and we look forward to staying there again.

They're always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. Their attitude makes a real difference and creates a welcoming experience for residents and guests. A special mention has to go to Natalie, who has been exceptionally helpful. She is consistently kind, attentive, and proactive, and always makes sure things are dealt with properly. Her dedication and willingness to help really stand out and are very much appreciated. Ease of booking. Great communication with the team. Moved to the area and stayed while purchasing property. Very flexible regarding duration of stay. 2 months. We stayed in 2 different apartments.
