Property valuationQueens Park is a leafy residential area between Charminster and Castle Lane, built around one of Bournemouth's largest parks and its public golf course. Large detached Edwardian and interwar houses let to families and senior professionals on long tenancies and sell to families moving up, often for the schools and the quick road out on the Wessex Way.
Queens Park is Bournemouth's leafy north-east: large Edwardian and interwar houses on tree-lined avenues around one of the town's biggest parks and its public golf course, between Charminster and Castle Lane. It is a family and professional area, and both the rental and sales markets are about space, gardens, schools and the quick road out on the Wessex Way. Our office is about a mile away on Charminster Road.

They pay for bedrooms, the garden, the drive and the avenue, and a house that backs onto the park or the course stands apart. Outstanding from start to finish
The apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern design and thoughtful touches throughout. Walking distance to both the seafront and shopping areas made it incredibly convenient. Clear instructions, responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Bournemouth.
Modern, clean and superbly located
Lovely apartment in very close proximity to Bournemouth town centre and beach. Modern, very clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a big plus, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Second stay, and we'll be back
Great apartment at a perfect location. Jack and the team were so easy to deal with. This is our second time at this apartment block and we'll definitely be returning. Clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
