What do I need to rent through you?
For one of our furnished apartments: identification, payment of the rent and a standard cleaning and security deposit. For a tenancy on a landlord's property: referencing, Right to Rent checks and a deposit of no more than five weeks' rent, protected in a government scheme.
How do I get to the New Forest without a car?
Brockenhurst, Sway and Ashurst New Forest stations are on the South Western Railway main line between Bournemouth, Southampton and London Waterloo, with a branch from Brockenhurst to Lymington. The A35 and A337 cross the Forest, the M27 runs along its northern edge, and Wightlink sails from Lymington to Yarmouth.
