Talbot Woods is Bournemouth's district of large houses: detached homes from the late Victorian years to the 1930s, set back on wide avenues under mature trees, between Meyrick Park and Talbot Heath. It is a conservation area, a short walk from the Talbot campus and home to the independent Talbot Heath School, and its rental and sales markets are about families and senior professionals who want space.
Renting in Talbot Woods
Houses to rent here are large: four or more bedrooms, big gardens and drives. Tenants are families, senior university staff, visiting academics with households, and professionals relocating for senior posts, and tenancies tend to run for years. Supply is small, so a well-kept house rarely waits long for the right tenant. See letting agents in Talbot Woods, and for a furnished house by the month, long term lets in Talbot Woods.

Outstanding from start to finish
The apartment exceeded our expectations with its modern design and thoughtful touches throughout. Walking distance to both the seafront and shopping areas made it incredibly convenient. Clear instructions, responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Bournemouth.
Modern, clean and superbly located
Lovely apartment in very close proximity to Bournemouth town centre and beach. Modern, very clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a big plus, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Second stay, and we'll be back
Great apartment at a perfect location. Jack and the team were so easy to deal with. This is our second time at this apartment block and we'll definitely be returning. Clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
